Refund Policy

An upfront payment will be required for all appointments from September. If the appointment is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice, a full refund will be given, however if it is 48 hours a 50% charge will be incurred, and if it is 24 hours or less this will result in the full session price for the missed appointment. This policy will be enforced without exception (We will try to allocate another day/time within the same week if there is space, but this cannot be guaranteed). This is to protect our business from unsustainable losses. Please be mindful of this when booking an appointment as you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, which can be found on our website.
